Policy and Development Officer

Salary: £34,861K (inc. London Weighting)

Full-time: (35 hours/week)

Based: Central London (EC1)

Do you want to influence the quality of nursing care that people receive in their home?

The QNI is a dynamic and successful charity working to maintain and improve the quality of care people receive in the community.

These are exciting and challenging times for healthcare in the community, with more complex care moving out of hospitals, new technologies being used in the home, and demand for home care rising with the growing older population. 

We want to appoint a Policy and Development Officer to help expand our   influence on healthcare policy at the highest levels, and to help our networks of professionals to get their voices heard in the policy process. 

We are looking for someone with experience in a policy-related role, who has the passion, drive and resourcefulness to help us make a real difference for patients.

We offer 25 days holiday a year plus an additional 2 QNI days, 10% employer contribution to pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loans.
