To make an application please download and submit the application form which can be found here.
When you have completed it, please return to Joanne Moorby, Welfare and grants officer, The Queen’s Nursing Institute, 3 Albemarle Way, Clerkenwell, London EC1V 4RQ
* Please note, you will also need to send a copy of your latest bank statement, and a copy utility bill too.
