Why not enjoy a short visit or a long day out at a National Gardens Scheme garden and show your support for one of the QNI's major funders.
Visit our District Nursing 150 website, a celebration of the vibrant one hundred and fifty year history of District Nursing in the UK.
The QNI was originally established in 1887 to train district nurses to treat patients in their own homes.
Today our remit is wider, but our core aim remains the same: we want high quality nursing care to be available to people in the community and in their own homes.
In this section of the website you will find a whole range of information, resources, advice and contacts to help you in your professional work.
Please click on the links in the left hand menu bar to see the different areas in which we currently work and the services that we offer.
