'Opening Doors' Project

This two year project aims to improve the health of homeless people and families, with a particular reference to substance misuse. This will be done via our national network of over 700 nurses and other health professionals that work within homelessness.

If you work with homeless people, then join the free network and be a part of this exciting project. You will have access to:

  • At least two workshops per year that are free to attend. Click here for more information
  • At least two new and innovative guidance notes per year that will provide practical tools and tips to make your job easier – written by nurses for nurses
  • A monthly e-newsletter full of news, events, new publications and best practice
  • The opportunity to network with other people to share ideas and information and get the answers you need
  • The chance to take part in consultations about changes in services

To join, or if you would like to learn more, then please email andrea.davids@qni.org.uk or 020 7549 1402.
