Enjoy a great day out, and raise vital funds for nursing and caring charities, by visiting an open garden. The 2015 NGS Yellow Book lists them all.
Providing vital funding for projects that help improve patient care.
If you are interested in nursing heritage, visit our website celebrating District Nursing around the world since 1859.
The QNI has funded projects across the whole range of community nursing specialties, including dementia care, long term conditions, older people, children, young people and parenting - including school nursing, learning disabilities, mental health, men's health, health promotion (including social marketing campaigns), palliative (end of life) care, and substance misuse (alcohol and drugs).
You can also find out more about many of the project outcomes in our Innovation Centre.
Many of these projects have led to ongoing work, in their original area and beyond, leading to better care for more and more patients.
