Why not enjoy a short visit or a long day out at a National Gardens Scheme garden and show your support for one of the QNI's major funders.
Visit our District Nursing 150 website, a celebration of the vibrant one hundred and fifty year history of District Nursing in the UK.
The QNI has funded projects across the whole range of community nursing specialties, including dementia care, long term conditions, older people, children, young people and parenting - including school nursing, learning disabilities, mental health, men's health, health promotion (including social marketing campaigns), palliative (end of life) care, and substance misuse (alcohol and drugs).
Many of these projects have led to ongoing work, in their original area and beyond, leading to better care for more and more patients.
If you would like to receive printed copies of the booklet please email mail@qni.org.uk
