Your Application

To be eligible to apply, you must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, have at least three years community nursing or health visiting experience, and currently be working in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, as a community nurse.

All nurses, midwives and health visitors who work in the community are eligible to apply. If in doubt, please contact us.

The first thing to do is to complete and send the form below. We will endeavour to respond within 2 working days with your unique personal reference number. We will also give you any support you need to help you through the application process.
