Drinking Alcohol During Pregnancy

Drinking alcohol during pregnancy can be very harmful for the unborn child. The only really safe way for a mother to protect an unborn child, or during breastfeeding, is to avoid alcohol altogether.

The charity NOFAS-UK has recently published new guidance on Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

Visit their website at www.nofas-uk.org for more information and contact details.
