2. Quality indicators for community services
Click here to open the nurse sensitive outcome indicators, which was co-produced by the SHA nurse directors and the Department of Health to support the ongoing quality work. This document has had input from NHS, service, professional royal colleges and others. This version updated in March 2010.

5. Online Forum
Six groups have been formed to test the Transformational Guides with colleagues, and an online forum has been set up to make communication easier. The online forum is at www.qniforum.org.uk . You need to register in order to be able to use the forum and full instructions can be found here.
