Payroll giving
Give as you earn, tax free
An employee can chose to make a monthly donation to the QNI directly from their salary through payroll giving.
It enables you to give to The QNI straight from your gross salary or pension (before tax is deducted), giving immediate tax relief on those donations, meaning that you can donate £10.00 to the QNI and only £7.80 will be deducted from your net pay (or just £6.00 if you pay 40% tax).
Donating to the Queen’s Nursing Institute could not be simpler or more effective.
Such is the ease and increasing popularity of payroll giving, your payroll department is highly likely to have such a scheme already in place. If so, all you will need to do is download the form from the link below and submit it to your payroll department.
