Why we need your support

Every year, millions of people of all ages need professional nursing care at home. Nine out of ten contacts between health professionals and patients occur in homes and community settings.

The QNI is the charity dedicated to patient care in the community. We help to ensure that nurses are given the training they need, so that they can work to the high standard they set themselves, and that their patients expect. We do this by helping our dedicated Queen’s Nurses to be leaders and role models to others, and by funding practical projects that improve patient care. We also work behind the scenes, lobbying Government and planners of health services to ensure that nurses get the training and support they need.

We’re not part of the NHS, and we receive no Government funding so we rely on your generosity to continue. Please help us today to help you tomorrow. Click on the links on the left hand side to see how you can help. Your help really is appreciated.
