Homeless Health Programme
The Queen’s Nursing Institute supports community nurses to achieve outstanding levels of care for homeless people.
With the right support to tackle entrenched medical, personal and social problems, it is possible for people experiencing homelessness to secure positive health – a foundation for rebuilding more secure and stable lives.
The Homeless Health project is the national network to improve the health of vulnerable or marginalised groups in the community, particularly:
- People experiencing homelessness
- Gypsy and Traveller Communities
- Vulnerable Migrants
- Sex Workers
