Queen’s Nurse Leadership Programme – Aspiring Leaders
The aim of our Queen’s Nurse Leadership Programme is to support the professional development of Queen’s Nurses to become future community nursing leaders, to the benefit of the people, the families and the communities they serve.
The programme ran for two consecutive years and comprised 10 study days and a number of online and independent study activities, framed by two sustained residential sessions.
The second programme cohort was evaluated by Dr Roger Dalrymple, Principal Lecturer in Education at Oxford Brookes University.
If you have any questions about the programme, please contact Sharon Aldridge-Bent at [email protected].
