Nicola Walsh is Assistant Director, Leadership and Organisational Development, at the King’s Fund.
She is passionate about supporting individuals and organisations to improve the delivery of health and care services. She combines her organisational development skills with her health policy expertise. She has a particular interest in the development of integrated care systems
Her career has encompassed the charitable sector, academia, central government and the private sector. In previous roles, she has led national evaluation programmes, designed and delivered a range of post-graduate training and development programmes, and led complex national multi-site programmes.
Nicola has held non-executive roles in NHS organisations and is a former Council Member of the QNI.
