An evaluation of the work of the QNI’s Homeless Health Project 2014 to 2017.

From 2014-17 the Homeless Health Network received funding from the Monument Trust, to equip nurses with the right skills and knowledge to improve care for people experiencing homelessness. The goal was to improve the health of homeless people, and other marginalised groups (such as refugees, Gypsies, Roma and Travellers, and sex workers) at risk of poorer health outcomes.

The Project held a number of events for nurses and other health professionals on various themes related to homeless healthcare. Network members have also contributed to developing guidance and learning resources to support better care for people experiencing homelessness.
